For the last couple of months we couldn’t get Loen to walk with this toy more than a couple of feet, but suddenly yesterday she was ready to motor!

Thanksgiving in Arizona

We went to Arizona for Thanksgiving. We got to meet Kyle and Christina’s new baby, Madeline. I love her hair.
Loen wasn’t sure what to think of a baby smaller than herself, that was a first.
Deb did most of [...]

Guilty Pleasures

We all have them. Eating frosting out of the tub, renting High School Musical, thinking Manwich is tasty. Things you have no problem doing in the privacy of your own home but if someone calls you out, you’re red in the face.
I have a few ( I’m sure more than a few). Ill admit it, [...]

I have been trying to give the twins solid food every day or two. It isn’t a substantial amount but I am hoping it will get them used to eating solids. Loen feels solid food is the perfect medium for creative expression (ie: huge mess). I will apologize for the photo quality now as I [...]

Day 213

The babies are now 7 months old. Or 30 weeks. Or 213 days if you want to be a little more accurate. That’s about 1.8% of my life. The impact that they have made in our lives is immeasurable. They have been out of the womb 57 days more [...]

Loen will be the child who will want to play with the box that the toy comes in. The other morning I was getting ready to take a shower while the twins were quiet. I had already fed and changed them so I figured they would be good (hopefully) for 10 minutes while I attempted [...]

This past weekend we did our fist big outing by going to Burbank for our good friends Jeff and Michelle’s wedding. The ceremony was at 4 pm so to get there in time we got up at ……. 6:30 am. Yes, everything takes three times longer with the twins. We decided to stay the night [...]
