Flickr is on my list

I am seriously hating Flickr at the moment. I have had numerous problems with uploading, syncing, embedding, you name it. I believe I am done with that site. While going back over the web site I found numerous posts where the pictures were gone, mysteriously unlinked from Flickr. Im debating wether to try and fix the 100′s of photos that are missing from posts.

I’ve decided to try something new. While the pictures may look small on the website you may now click them and it will open the photo up full size. Let me know what you think. In the meantime I’m going to go kick a kitty I’m so frustrated. (Oh calm down you animal rights activists, it’s stuffed!)

Santa Who?!

We went to Santa Barbara Parents of Multiples Christmas Party (whew, that was a mouthful). Santa was there and we thought it would be a wonderful photo op. How often can I dress them in the adorable French sweater outfits from Fauxma and Fauxpa? As you can see they have no clue what they are doing on this impostors lap.

I’m sorry, were supposed to sit here and do what? Tell him what we want?

Perhaps next year the whole ‘tell the strange man your wildest dreams’ scenario will make more sense to them.

Photographing twins

I wonder if those without children realize how hard it is to get a good picture when there is more than one kid in the shot. It doesn’t even have to be multiples, I’m sure if you ask a parent who has a few kids under the age of 5 trying to get a group shot can make you want to pull your hair out.

I have been trying to get a good shot so I can make thank you cards but Loen has had other plans. Ones that do not include sitting contentedly beside her brother and smiling.

It makes me think of those shots of a blurry Bigfoot walking in the background

I tried to use a jack in the box to hold their attention. Derby looks drugged in this picture. Loen is apprehensive.
