Happy Easter

March 23rd, 2008 · 2 Comments

Easter, a wonderful excuse to spruce up the twins. Loen wore her first dress and was adorable. Derby had on a little shortall or as Matt called it “a one piece dress shirt”. Tadd called me out for being overly excited in dressing them up. Now I just need Loen’s hair to grow enough so I can put it in braids! We had a wonderful time over at Dee and Andy’s for Easter. Andy’s parents and his older daughter Vanessa were there as well as Tadd’s dad. With all the extra people around I barely got to hold the twins. They were a hot commodity. On one aspect it was nice to hang out and eat with both of my hands, on the other hand I started to miss them. I would go over and check on them and occasionally steal them away from people so I could give them a hug.

The babies are truly beautiful, and we were so blessed to spend Easter with our most favorite little family. I was NOT being a baby hog because I was in the kitchen most of the day. That might explain the drugged look on my face standing with Fauxpa (a/k/a “the Derby Whisperer” which by the way, is true). Every time I see these little babies I realize again what miracles they are.

    Hava and Tadd,
Oh my god, I can’t believe how big Loen and Derby are. They are so adorable. Robert and I are thinking of you always. It would be really nice to see you and the twins one of these days.
It seems so long ago when we were all up in the nicu. I didn’t get a chance to thank you for all your support and being there for us during our hard times with my little angel Eli. Thank you.
