I walk into the NICU and start to wash my hands. The RT Elizabeth walks by and says “You’re going to be so excited, I just had to come to tell you”. It was so hard to stay longer and finish the full 3 minute NICU scrub down. As soon as I was done I hustled over and saw ALL OF LOEN’S FACE! She was doing so well on CPAP, she was promoted to nasal cannula. I think she likes it alot. Now she can move her head whenever she wants. The only problem was she was trying to bury her face in the covers when I walked in. We can work on the unobstructed breathing thing later.

It was such a wonderful morning. I went home for a little nap since I have to work tonight. When I went back in to see the babies Derby was on CPAP. It was like finding a present behind the Christmas tree. The BEST present. Both of the twins are off the vent. It was so hard to leave them to go to work.

They are so CUTE.
It makes me tear up every time I see pic of them. What strong babys they are. Can’t wait to see them.
