I had an endocrinologist appointment today. I like the PA there, she seemed genuinely happy when I told her I was pregnant (she recently adopted a baby). She then proceeded to drop the bomb that I will have something like 4000 doctor visits while I’m pregnant. Don’t get me wrong, I’m decent at being a diabetic. I have had zero complications in the past 22 years so I must be doing something right, but who wants blood draws every 6 weeks and to meet with educators? Tadd told me to quit whining and how good it will be for the baby. Oh I know…I know….
